Golden West Models can only accept returns on undamaged, unaltered, unused goods within 30 days. Any returns must have prior approval and you must come to an arrangement with us before we can accept any return shipments. If a credit is due, it will be issued only after the goods have been received and approved by us. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and/or a fee for cancelled orders on certain products including but not limited to custom work.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to remedy any issues. Unless specified, all of our airplane kits require you to do finishing work prior to flying/using. We do offer support and advice if you need it.

We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. We package all of our products carefully and thoroughly. In the unfortunate event that your order reaches you in a damaged condition YOU need to file a claim with the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FEDEX or Eagle Global) this is your legal responsibility and is between you and the shipping company, it is their policy.
